Tekkis vajadus täpsema ilmaennustuse järele, kui regiooni kohta anti, siis Internetis surfates jõudsin järgmise väga asjaliku veebileheni:

DMI's homepage for marine services provides information about the state of the sea at present, and for the near future.
The heart of the centre's activities are surge warnings, ice charting, waves, ocean currents, satellite surveyance, ocean climate and marine data.
The areas of coverage are the North Sea, the Baltic, the Greenland, and Faroese waters. The North Atlantic and other selected areas are also covered.
In addition to the free products on the web page, Centre for Ocean and Ice offers consultancies on subjects like ocean data, user specified forecasts for ocean or ice, analysis and professional advising.
Järgi proovitud. Uuritava ala kohta oli olemas väga üldsõnaline ilmateada (torm 8-9 palli), aga nimetatud veebilehe kaarti uurides selgus, et vajaliku sadama juures on tuul vaikne, tsükloni kese oli arvatavast kaugemal.
Eesti kohta samuti info olemas.
Vaata tuule suunda ja tugevust, vee- ja õhutemperatuuri, hoovusi, merevee soolsust, veetaseme kõrgust ja laine kõrgust, jää korral selle andmeid jm. Kusjuures info on kantud kaardile animatsioonina, saab ilmaparameetrid järgmise 60 tunni kohta, tunni aja kaupa. Iga 12 tunni järel infot uuendatakse.
