Juhtusin tuttava juhatusel veebilehele, mis on meremeeste töövahenduste osas uus tase. Veebis olevate tööpakkumisportaalidega võrreldes ei ole küll midagi uut, aga crewing-firmade kodulehtede hulgas, milledest enamus on vaid lihtsalt informatiivsed (heal juhul ka pdf-failina application form juures), on Crewplanet.eu uus tase.
Veebiruumis on kokku toodud nii tööandjad kui ka tööotsijad.
Crewplanet.eu is an international electronic crewing system, which helps employers to find a perfect crew for their vessels and seafarers to find the best vacancies at sea worldwide. Electronic crewing Crewplanet is a system that collects and organizes data on seafarers so that it could be easily analysed. Basically, crewing Crewplanet.eu does exactly the same job that is normally done by all crewing managers: attracts seafarers, assesses them as long as it is possible, as well as communicates with seafarers, when there are appropriate openings.
But electronic crewing does this job much more efficiently, faster and without presence of crewing manager himself. Crewplanet does it's job 24/7/365. No coffee-breaks, no holidays. Still it is a crewing manager, who takes the final decision, but Crewplanet does the major part of this job.
Eelkõige köidab mind dokumentide korraldamine. Veebilehel registreerimise järel saab oma dokumentidest fotod või skäneeringud oma kontole laadida, ilma et peaks kontorisse end vedama ja seal koopiate tegemisega vaeva nägema. Lisaks saab oma dokumentide andmed eraldi nimekirja sisestada ning edaspidi hakkab e-mailile tulema meeldetuletusi dokumendi kehtivuse lõppemisest. Lisaks pakutakse ka teisi seotud dokumentide korraldusi (flight documents, letters to immigration authorities, contracts and other documents from templates). Tööotsija saab ka oma senise ametikäigu kirja panna nii, et edaspidi ei ole vaja erinevates firmades üha uuesti ja uuesti laevade nimekirja, kus töötatud, aastate kaupa täita.
By registering at Crewplanet.eu each seafarer gets an access to the following free services:
1. filling and editing an application form,
2. new vacancies reminders,
3. application form publishing in Crewplanet's crewing database,
4. automatic sending of the application form to potential employers.
Tööpakkujad saavad veebilehelt leida vajaliku kvalifikatsiooniga töötaja, tööotsijad saavad reaalajas jälgida tööpakkumisi ja töökohale kandideerijate arvu (vacancy seek). Kusjuures väga hea on see, et koheselt näeb ka pakutava ameti palka ja laeva, millele kandideerid.
Vacancy seek mechanism:
1. A registered employer publishes his current vacancies on Crewplanet
2. Published vacancy is valid till joining date
3. Registered seafarers use vacancy seek to find and apply for a position
4. Every seafarer can apply for up to 5 positions at the same time
5. The employer received seafarers' data, evaluates them and contacts them directly if needed
6. Every seafarer may see his chances to get employed on his Start Page

A gente del mar, nunca teve un sitio concreto, para dezir, que estamos siendo aydados e con el respeito que merecemos. No importa la nacionalidad, idad, religion, o profision, lo que vale , es que cuando el marinero llegue a bordo, pueda trabalhar en paz, en condiciones humanas, e lo ma´s importante, saber que esta siendo protegido por una entidad o persona. Le garanto que de esta forma, el trabalho sera executado con mayor pericia y amor.Tengo dudas de sindicatos, etc…por experiencias passadas.Deseo que Ustedes sean humanos e mirem para la gente do mar, com más cariño.
